The collaboration between producers and processors always leads to great results: maximizing the agricultural output and adding value to it. A prime example of this is the partnership between Lemirto SRL and Biantti SRL. Iurie Toma and Iurie Golban have formed a perfect team, joining forces to capitalize on this year’s abundant aronia berry harvest.
From the “Trei Bobițe” plantation, 10 tons of aronia were harvested. The yield will be processed at Biantti’s production facility, where it will be turned into juice and powder. The aronia juice will be sold through large retail chains such as Metro and Linella, while the powder will serve as a high-quality ingredient for producers in the wine and ice cream industries.
This cooperation between companies streamlines the production and distribution process, benefiting all parties involved. Both Lemirto SRL and Biantti SRL are members of the "Herbafruct" horticultural cluster, established as part of the "Resilient and Inclusive Markets in Moldova" project, funded by Switzerland.
The "Trei Bobițe" plantation, founded and managed by Iurie and Rodica Toma, is dedicated to growing aronia, sea buckthorn, and blueberries. The couple sells their berries fresh, frozen, and also produces juices, jams, and preserves. Visitors at local markets already know them well and trust them for their dose of vitamins.
Biantti is well known among local consumers for its cold-pressed oils made from various seeds and its wide range of nuts available for sale. Moreover, Igor Golban, the company’s manager, has built a production facility equipped with machinery to process all types of fruits, vegetables, and seeds, and works closely with various producers across the country.
These are two examples of agricultural producers who work hard and invest in the growth of their businesses; they study and do everything possible to make the most of their own labor and that of other farmers across the country.
